Junior Food Critic

The whole point of this blog is that I want to be a food critic.  So, from now on, I am going to be recommending websites, TV shows, and restaurants for your food interests. I will also review local dishes and recipes my family and I create.

    OK, Mr. Kriddick,

    I would like your recipe for the Mexican Stack. Please tell me all the ingredients, even if you personally don't like some, OK?

    Then I need your recipe for that delicious chocolate dessert known as the TEXAS SHEET CAKE.

    For all things PIZZA, I would like Grandma Crispe's pizza dough recipe.

    And I might just get the hankering for the family special red BIRTHDAY CAKE, since my birthday is coming up soon. It has a cream cheese frosting, I think. Please tell me the amount of RED food coloring to use, as when we used GREEN food coloring when there was a RED food coloring scare, the end results were not the same!

    I might think of some other specialties you are privy to, but these would be a good start, and would make everyone hungry and happy for the recipes.
